Crystal Kilgore is an accredited health coach, personal trainer and nutrition fitness specialist currently residing in Western North Carolina. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise, and is also a registered 'Special Strong' instructor, making her qualified to train individuals with special needs. Crystal graduated from Montreat College in 2002, was a highly successful student athlete all four years, gaining many accolades including All-American, Academic-All American, Female Athlete of the Year and was inducted into the Montreat Cavalier Hall of Fame in 2009.
Crystal has been in the fitness industry for 15+ years and has been working one-on-one with clients for 14+ years. With over a decade of experience in training education, she is knowledgeable in various disciplines of exercise regiments, ranging in everything from high intensity bootcamp style classes to aqua-fit courses. She is extremely passionate about helping women achieve success in their physique, as well as, maintenance of their mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Inside Out with Crystal was established in 2020 to accommodate both beginner and seasoned female athletes. The program/curriculum provides personal training and health coaching to women, either in small group settings or one-on-one consultations, that is all-encompassing; engaging mind, body and soul. It provides a safe, judgement free community for women to strengthen their appreciation of God and themselves, from the inside out.
The goal of Inside Out with Crystal is to challenge and empower every woman to reach her full fitness potential through simple nutritional and wellness programs. By providing accountability, encouragement, and guidance, Inside Out with Crystal helps ladies develop new healthy patterns in life by shifting the way they think about food, exercise and the body by facilitating freedom from unhealthy patterns of thinking, gaining awareness of anatomy and genetics, attaining practical knowledge of nutrition and the maintaining of regular exercise routines on one's personal fitness journey and how it's all connected with being created in the image of God and extravagantly loved by God, thus being transformed from the inside out!
